At the Women’s Radiant Wellness Retreat, every moment is designed with intention, care, and sisterhood—guided personally by me, Karma. From the moment you arrive, you’ll feel safe to exhale, reconnect, and return home to yourself.

Mornings begin gently, with a cup of Costa Rican coffee in hand as the jungle awakens around you. I’ll guide you through grounding movement and breathwork to calm your nervous system, set intentions, and open space for renewal.

After a nourishing breakfast on the open-air veranda, the day unfolds in flow—perhaps a guided nature hike where the earth reminds you how to breathe again, or a soulful workshop curated to inspire your body and spirit.

Afternoons invite rest and reflection: swim in the infinity pool, nap in the shade, or journal to the rhythm of the ocean breeze. Evenings gather us together for sunset dinners infused with local flavor and connection, followed by restorative ceremonies: fire rituals, sound healing, or yoga nidra, designed to help you release, reset, and rise renewed.

This is more than a retreat, it’s a homecoming. A space to slow down, be nourished, and rediscover your natural rhythm in one of the most healing places on Earth.

Hi, I’m Karma. After falling in love with this sacred land nearly a decade ago, I’m honored to now host others in my private sanctuary. As a certified personal trainer, holistic nutrition coach, and breathwork facilitator with over 20 years of experience, this retreat is born from my deep love for movement, healing, nature, and soulful connection.

My mission is to support women in creating intentional space to heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves and a circle of supportive sisters. I believe that wellness is not about perfection—it’s about presence.

My role is to guide you, support you, and celebrate you as you deepen into your own story of self-love. Whether through a fire ceremony, a gentle yoga flow, or laughter over shared meals, I’ll hold space for your joy, your growth, and your transformation.

With over 20 years in the fitness industry, I am passionate about helping people move, grow, and reconnect with themselves through mindful movement.

As a certified Personal Trainer with more than 3,500 hours of yoga training, an Essentrics Level 1–4 instructor, and a certified Pilates teacher, I bring a diverse and holistic approach to every class I lead.

Having taught in many studios and communities, I love creating inspiring group experiences where like-minded people can move, breathe, and feel empowered together.

As an Alo ambassador and Jay Shetty Certified Life Coach, my mission is to guide others toward strength, balance, and a deeper connection to both body and mind.

Guests stay in our ocean view private home, a luxurious yet cozy sanctuary where we share the love and beauty of Costa Rica with those open to receive. Two small, friendly dogs add warmth and charm.
